So last week we saw SP blow a lead, FR went through some DQ drama while FTW continued there winning streak and beat PHP 5-2, and the mighty Sterlo carried. But now, for this weeks preds.
PHP (1-1) vs BnR (0-2)
Don't let the record and the place in the standings fool you. PHP is not the 2nd best team in this conference that belongs to New Era or BnR, whichever one decides to show up and focus more. PHP really needs Sean to play like every week along with Dan and Irfan. While they do have Sergio and Niks as some role players and back up, those aforementioned 5 might be able to beat some lineups but against the top dogs in there division, FTW and if BnR brings there best tonight, I don't see PHP standing much of a chance, but they will need more than Jordy to win. But, then again, Jordy hasn't been on form in PRO lately, he will need to regain that unbeatable status that he's seemed to have the past couple seasons if he looks to help literally carry BnR to the playoffs. BnR will need Ross and Croz to show up on form as well. I do think that BnR comes out of this one victorious, but it may be closer than they will want it to be.
BnR 5-4
SP (1-1) vs FR (0-2) (Co-Match of the Week)
Wherever SP goes it seems Sean has went past 2 weeks in PRO, love affair? On another, note rematch of the finals, SP last week had a lead and blew it. Tsk, Tsk, Tsk. Proves that anything can happen in PRO. This week they can't do that as they are facing a tough challenge in FR. If SP can bring Lewis, Brent and Matt and keep em at the table and on point, then they should be able to match up fairly evenly with FR. FR will need Petey, CB, and AB or Trav or both to show and play well. This one could go the distance for sure. These teams are basically the same from last season except for FR added Scotty and another few key acquisitions, but SP added Lewis, Brent and Matt. FR will need to put its misfortion behind them and win this one, they need to avoid a 0-3 start which would be bad in a division like this one. While this one is hard to call, it surely will go the distance.
5-4 SP
DS (1-1) vs SS (2-0)
DS needs Luis and Ashton to show against a SS team that could have Pita back this week. If Joe can get some of the magic he had against Nish maybe he can help this team out as well. DS seemed to be the favorites for this division coming into this season with Luis back on there team but he hasn't done much going 2-2 so far. Ashton is looking like there best player at the moment at 4-0 and will need to help carry this team. SS has done good so far without having Pita, but if Pita comes back watch out, this team could be dangerous. SS so far has relied on JJ and Jay to do most of there winning and that could go on for a little bit longer but they will really need Pita. If Luis and Ashton are both on form it could be tough for SS. DS I think pulls this one out on the backs of there stars, Luis and Ashton. This one should be close though.
5-4 DS
NE (1-1) vs FTW (2-0) (Co-Match of the week)
If Cam, JT, Jon, and Mike all show and play and if they can get more than Sterlo to be there for a possible 5th then this could go the way of NE, however. With Matt added to the FTW roster that already has Ant, Dante, Stephen and Daz it could be far worse than they want. NE will need to really play there best pool and play strategic as all of FTW's starting 5 are good runners. NE has good runners as well though so if they can all get on there game and knock Ant, and Dante out early then it could go NE's way. NE will need Jon, Cam and Mike to all win there first round games so they have the advantage going into the 6th game (if it gets that far.) FTW needs Ant and Dante to win there first games though as those 2 together could carry against a team. They need to focus on this to keep there undefeated season in-tact. While I wanna lean towards the upset, I just can't see NE beating FTW if they bring there top 5.
5-3 FTW
